Billy is a native to the Hudson Valley Region of New York.  He was introduced to the field of Orthotics & Prosthetics by a family friend. Billy was offered the opportunity to train as a technician where he worked and trained for 3 years before deciding to pursue a career in the field. He received his Masters in Prosthetics & Orthotics from the University of Hartford in 2022.

What he enjoys most about working in the field is the opportunity to improve lives of the patients he treats and the diversity of always learning something new.

In his free time, Billy enjoys playing ultimate frisbee and spending time with friends and family.
