Megan was born and raised outside Chicago. Her love of science and math led her to complete her undergraduate degree in biomedical engineering at Johns Hopkins University at which point she discovered the wonderful world of upper limb prosthetics.

She served as an R&D engineer and Clinical Research Coordinator with Infinite Biomedical Technologies (IBT) before returning to school at Northwestern University for her Master’s in Prosthetics and Orthotics.

Megan’s prosthetic residency included a rotation at Walter Reed Military Hospital where she gained insight into advanced technologies and clinical care models. She brings this knowledge to her patient care at Prosthetic & Orthotic Associates where she splits her time while continuing work with IBT.

Megan joined the POA team in 2021. In her free time, she loves reading, hiking, and finding new adventures while traveling around the US and the world.
